Telenor Pakistan has taken a major step forward in its digital innovation journey by launching a WhatsApp-based service that allows users to buy new SIMs, replace existing ones, and subscribe to bundles without visiting a retail outlet. The newly introduced service enables customers to manage their SIM needs directly through WhatsApp (UAN: 051 111 345 100)—a platform millions of Pakistanis already rely on every day. Users can select their city, preferred number, and bundle, share basic personal information, make payments, and have their SIM delivered straight to their doorstep.

For added security, biometric verification is completed at the time of delivery, ensuring each activation remains fully compliant with national telecom regulations.
